Konyaspor became the first team to reach the final of the Ziraat Turkish Cup by defeating Beşiktaş 1-0, thanks to a penalty goal scored in the 90+8th minute of the semi-final. With no further goals in the remainder of the match, Konyaspor secured the victory. While Beşiktaş bid farewell to the tournament in the semi-finals, Konyaspor's opponent in the final will be the winner of the Trabzonspor-Gençlerbirliği match.
